Sandra Eisner, LCSW
I have more than 30 years of experience working with adults and adolescents in individual, couples, group and family counseling. I was trained at Columbia University School of Social Work in New York.
I provide tools to help decrease and/or alleviate and deal with painful feelings and struggles such as depression, anxiety, anger, obsessive compulsive symptoms, relationship problems, work related, transitional, and adjustment issues. I strive to improve coping, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem solving skills and growth. I also have extensive experience working with persons who have addictions in addition to emotional and mental health issues. I have acquired amazing experience and knowledge to help people and their families who have chronic medical problems and/or terminal illnesses through my work at Hospice.
My belief is that anyone who wants to can learn, feel better, heal, and achieve their goals.
My clients describe me as a “good listener", caring, warm, non judgmental, down-to-earth, and very helpful in teaching them ways to manage their feelings and problems, and meeting their needs and goals. I provide a supportive and safe environment and use a well-rounded approach. Together we will create an individualized treatment plan to meet your needs and objectives.
